Terms of Service

1. Purpose and acceptance

• ✓These terms define how digitalyser.io may be accessed and used.
• ✓Creating an account constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
• ✓BREEXIO may amend these terms; users are notified of changes.

2. Access to the service

• ✓The service is accessible via a free audit, a 7-day trial, then paid plans.
• ✓The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
• ✓digitalyser.io aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• ✓Some features depend on third-party sources (Google, review platforms) that may change.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• ✓Paid plans from €69 per month, depending on the chosen tier (projects and users).
• ✓Payment is made via the methods offered at subscription.
• ✓Prices are stated in euros, excluding any applicable taxes.
• ✓Renewal is automatic unless cancelled before the due date.

4. Duration, termination, and refunds

• ✓The subscription runs for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renews automatically at each term; you can cancel at any time before renewal from your account or the billing portal (art. L215-1 of the French Consumer Code).
• ✓Cancellation is possible at any time and takes effect at the end of the current period.
• ✓The 7-day free trial lets you evaluate the service before any payment; nothing is charged before the trial ends.
• ✓Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, payments are non-refundable; upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• ✓For consumers: by subscribing to an immediately-provided digital service, you request its immediate performance before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and expressly waive this right once the service is fully performed (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

5. Legal warranties and mediation (consumers)

• ✓Consumers benefit from the statutory conformity warranty applicable to digital services and content (art. L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
• ✓In accordance with articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge for disputes not resolved with our support (contact [at] digitalyser.io).
• ✓The contact details of the mediator appointed by BREEXIO are available on request and will be published on this page.

6. Liability and intellectual property

• ✓Analyses and recommendations are provided for guidance and do not guarantee a result.
• ✓The user remains responsible for decisions and actions taken based on the audits.
• ✓Except in cases of gross negligence or mandatory law, BREEXIO’s liability is capped at the total subscription fees paid over the previous twelve months.
• ✓The platform, its content, and brand remain the exclusive property of BREEXIO.
• ✓The user retains ownership of the data they provide.
