Illustrative scenario
Local retail brand (3 outlets)
Local retail · Illustrative scenario — sector benchmarks
The Challenge
With three outlets, the brand accumulated duplicate listings, wrong hours and diverging descriptions. Two of the three stores were nearly invisible in "near me" searches, and head office had no consolidated view of where to act first.
Our Approach
We established a local presence score per store and cross-network prioritization. Duplicates were resolved, NAP harmonized between brand and outlets, and LocalBusiness structured data deployed. A review-collection flow was launched across all three sites, with unified progress tracking.

"We were flying blind. Having a score per store changed everything: we know what to fix first, and we watch it improve."
